I'm booked!!! YEA!!! B-day help plz!?

OK, so I booked our trip today!!! YEA!!!
I got us a Pirate room at CBR...If the room is anything like the drawing on the website my DS8 is going to love it and were not telling the kids (DS8 & DD15) about the room until they see it! I also requested a first floor room since my Dh has a knee injury.
Were not going until July so I still have a little bit of time to do some special planning. Were going to be there during my DH's 40th birthday! While the trip is something special in and of itself, I still would like to do something special that day.
I am planning special shirts for the day and I know he will get in the park or get the birthday fun card and all that, but just want something kinda that just screams Happy Birthday. Thought about the diver at Coral Reef, and getting a cake but is there anything else you can think of? I thought about a fireworks cruise too but haven't looked into it yet so still unsure. Any other suggestions or ideas?!
Just to give you a look into my DH's likes...well why I love him, he is very much a couch potatoe! He loves sports and holding the remote...lol. After dinner he usually heads back to the resort for a game or something while we are at Disney and the kids and I usually hit the pool or we stay at the parks without him for a while.

Congrats on booking your trip! When you said birthday help, for some reason I immediately thought of the Rainforest Cafe. We ate at the one at DHS but I don't know which park or parks you want to go to that day. AK has one too and it would be so fun for your children too at that age. I know you want to do fireworks, but its just a thought. Thats how we started our trip and we had such a blast there! Whatever you choose, I hope it's magical!

I haven't decide which park yet? Kinda waiting to double check the EMH's, and plan around that.
Fireworks are not a major event for him, so I am not that concerned for them for this...just trying to think of something special.
We normally grab rainforest Cafe for lunch one day at AK. We are going to be at the one in Nashville next month I will ask them if they do anything special for Birthday's.

Thanks everyone who has been sending me info in PM's. Love all the stories!
It was suggested that I take my husband to the Richard Petty thing so he could drive a race car. I have been looking but it seems the search is down again. Does anyone know where I may find a link about this? Or have any of you done it? i know he will want to drive it his self...so I amm sure this is gonna be pricey$$$!
