I'm Becoming a SyFy Geek!

Anyone else out there addicted to shows on the SyFy channel? I'm a total Stargate Universe addict (I am suffering from withdrawal waiting for the next season to start in October) and now DH has me addicted to Warehouse 13. To me... W13 could totally be a prime time network TV show... it's too good to be hidden away on cable. Looooovvveee it!!!

we watch "warehouse 13", "eureka" and now "haven". "eureka" is my favorite of the 3; however, i'm not crazy about this new season with all of the changes. i like "warehouse 13" too, but i think it's much better suited to cable-the networks would never have given it a chance to find an audience. they cancel shows, good shows too, at the drop of a hat.

Very true... that's why I'm glad it's on SyFy... but it's good enough to have made it on network.

We tried watching Eureka but we lost interest in it... haven't checked out Haven though.

We're also big fans of Eureka and Warehouse 13. We actually like the changes this season on Eureka - the show was getting a little old, and this breathes new life into it.

I love Eureka, Haven and Warehouse 13. Next Tuesday there will be crossover between Warehouse 13 and Eureka. The actors who play Claudia and Fargo are friends IRL and they sugessted the crossover. The first part will air on Warehouse 13 and conclude on Eureka.

Oh see now that's cool! We (DH and I) absolutely LOVE Claudia. We feel she really added an extra "oomph" to the show. That and I am totally jealous of her hair.

I love Claudia too I think she's great especially when she acts like a teenager. I didn't really like Myka at first I thought she was a shrew because she was so uptight. Now she's awesome and drop dead gorgeous. The only character I don't like is Leena. She adds nothing to the team..

Mika: After this week's episode I couldn't agree more. That purple dress... wowza!

Leena: Y'know I agree! It almost seems forced when they have a plot that in some way surrounds her... like the whole thing with the pearl of wisdom etc. etc.

Used to watch a lot of stargate... But it's over and I find the name change to SyFy obnoxious. If there were something I wanted to watch it wouldn't stop me but every time I see it I think ' how STUPID.'

Eureka did crossovers previous seasons with "Sanctuary". It was 3 episodes.

According to scifi wire, Neil Grayston of Eureka will visit Warehouse 13. And Warehouse 13's Allison Scagliotti will visit the town of Eureka. The episodes will air on August 3rd and 6th.

I used to be, back in the 90's. Not so much in the 2k's. They've had some interesting movies on, but not so much in series as they once did. Warehouse 13 is ok and I've seen a few EPs, but that's about it.

We needed a new show and tried Eureka by downloading the 1st season from 2006. We are almost done with it and will keep up thru the seasons until we get current.

Our FAVORITE show has been Fringe....we downloaded all the seasons earlier this year and then got to download the new shows after they aired...so no waiting or commericals...YEAH ! too bad we are caught up now and have to wait for the new ones.

Apple TV is the best !!!!!!!!!

I love SyFy! I watch Warehouse 13, Haven, the Ghosthunter shows and Destination Truth regularly. I also like the new show Fact or Fiction: the Paranormal Files. I enjoy watching them disprove things (when they can).

I also like some of the hokey movies. Some of them are funnier than any sitcom currently airing.
