I'm back!

I'm making my list and checking it twice to get ready to go see the mouse on Monday morning! They're predicting a major nor'easter Sunday night, but I think now they're pretty sure it'll just be rain, no white stuff.

I haven't quite known what to do with myself today - too excited! Luckily I'm working tomorrow and Sunday should be busy helping the rest of the family pack. Me, I've been packed for days. Then it's off to bed early for our 4:30 am trek to the airport! My family hates me for that, but they forgive me when we're on Florida soil by 10 am and we have the whole day ahead of us!

I wanted to check and see if anyone would like a postcard, either for themselves or their kiddos? Any other requests? I will do my best to point the sun northward, but not until I'm ready to leave sunny FL.

I get East and West coast networks on Direct TV.......(Don't ask! I would think Chicago would make more sense for me) so I'm just now watching New York news and weather. Hope you get out OK!

You're like me with your departure times. I always leave as early as possible. Then you have almost a full day in the parks. I'm always slap happy that first day because I'm tired and it's usually my best day! Anyone traveling with me thinks I'm nuts, but why waste a perfectly good day!?

Suzanne, it looks like the weather should be with you for leaving tomorrow. Not nearly as much snow as they first predicted, and even the rain hasn't been as horrid as they threatened us with. Have fun and don't forget to send back some sun!!
