I just got back last night from WDW. It was a whirlwind of of fun friends and pins. I'm still going over my pins but I will have a list of the newest pins I have for trade as well as my wants before I list them to pinpics.

My family went to two events while I was there. We did the 999 happy haunts ball for us the event had a bad start but it eventually became a great time for all. Of course I could go on and say what worked and what didn't, but I'll address that later in most likely another post. Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party was fun, but not as fun as last year (2001) once again I'll post on what worked and what didn't in another post, but if you want to know or have a question I'll answer it as best as I can.

Hi Larry,

I'm curious to hear what your thoughts are on the MNSSHP....which one did you attend? I went to the one on 10/17 and it was much more crowded than I had anticipated! We had a fun time but not until about 10pm when the crowds thinned out.

I attended the 999 HHB OCT 30th and MNSSHP OCT 31st.

I found MNSSHP this year to be a bit more stingy with candy and candy stations. I was there last year at the same time and there seemed to be alot mor candy stations and they were giving out candy by the handfull unlike this year where they were dealing it out like it was rare and exotic. I expected CM's to be a bit more in the Halloween mood even the servants at the HM were flat. Once again I got shut out with T-shirts they ran out of my size this is the second year in a row it happned to me. other than that my family and I had a great time.

Funny...I agree about the candy at the beginning of the night when we were there. The lines were long and it really wasn't worth the wait. But it got much better later on....we did receive "handfuls" towards the end of the party, maybe in an effort to get rid of it! What I thought was interesting was that a CM that we starting talking to while waiting for the parade to begin had no knowledge of the pins available for the event. I asked and he said there were none for this year. I said, are you sure? And he said he would call "someone" to find out....lol. Anyway, glad I didn't go by what he told me. I stopped by the Emporium after and had no problem picking up the first 2 pins released at that time!
