I'm Back and I need your help?!

Hello all!
I was here about 2 years ago when I lost about 30 pounds. Well, I have gained it all back and I know now that I never should have left you all. I don't even really know why I did it. :confused3
Anyway, what I do know is that I got some great support and ideas here and I REALLY need your help. I joined WW again today as well so I am very serious about losing the weight again. I will also admit to you that I now weigh 202 pounds. I used to promise myself that I would NEVER allow myself to ever get even close to this weight but I did. I love food and I am weak when it comes to any kind of flavorful temptation.
Please forgive me and PLEASE let me come back to your group. I need your help and support. Please help me lose two clothing sizes by my trip in August?! I promise to exercise and follow the WW flex plan to the best of my ability. I currently moved up from a Misses size 16 to a Women's size 16. I didn't know there was a difference but there is. I would like to get down to a Misses size 14 by August 16. Can I do it?? Is this a dream?

I don't think you need to ask any of us for forgiveness. You've started yourself back on the road to good dining habits and a healthier lifestyle. We're all here to help you along that road. I can't promise that you'll lose 2 dress sizes by August but I do promise to be there along the way, to cheer your victories and encourage you through the defeats that we all face at some point in our journey. Have courage. You did it once, you can do it again, girl!

i agree the only forgiveness you need is your own -- i to regained most of the weight i lost initially in 2003 and though our stories are exactly the same I believe we struggle with the same guilt, depression, and other negative feelings towards ourselves after doing so. In Jan I 'restarted' and just only recently have i felt more in control and back in my groove of healthy habits as a lifestyle. WW is a great program for you b/c you CAN have your indulgences occasionally, and your journal will help you plan for them and then you can enjoy them! all the while remaning focused and on track.

i can't tell you what to expect, though two sizes represents roughly 20 lbs. 20 lbs in eleven weeks is possible, but please don't set yourself up for disappointment. take one thing at a time and make mini-goals along the way. it may be as small as getting through one day on plan, or settting your sights on two weeks cheat free. you know the approach best suited for you -- you did this before you most certainly can do it again!!

now, no more dwelling on the past -- ONWARD AND DOWNWARD!
