I haven't been around much for a few weeks due to work, family and then holiday. I am now back, 5lbs heavier than when I left (due to much overeating and drinking whilst on hols) and remotivated to start again. Work is still difficult, too much work to fit in the hours I am supposed to work and bosses who think that overtime is no problem since they are going to pay me for it (never mind quality of life or family time!!!), family (in-laws) I cannot change so am not going to worry about any more and hols - well no more until the big one in November (yippee). I figure that despite the small slip I am still capable of meeting goal before we come to Disney in Nov. so it's onwards and downwards..........
