Well summer's over and its time to lose the next 20 lbs before my WDW trip next summer! I'm wicked happy to say,I actually maintained my 36 lb weight loss following the Atkins plan! This has NEVER happened to me before!! NEVER!!! Something has changed for me this time. Even though I wasn't consciously following Atkins there were things I realized I just don't eat anymore! Bread,potatoes,pasta,rice and anything with flour or sugar. It has been 7 months since I last ate any of those items. That is totally unbelieveable for me,the pasta queen!!!!! What I did eat this summer was lots and lots of fresh veggies and fruit. I live near many "pick-you-own-veggies/fruit farms and I did just that!!! Many nights dinner consisted of stir fry veggies only.
Now,I'm ready to lose that last 20 lbs. I think that should do it!
I know now that maintaining my weight loss is feasable!!
