I don't log on as much either. I think all of the greed and rudeness that still exists inthe game is my biggest reason. It is a shame that people cannot "act right" knowing it is all about to be gone.

I was only just rekindling my interest in VMK when they announced it was closing and I lost interest again. I'll miss the game no matter what, but I won't miss it as much if I'm not playing much before they pull the plug. I've basically moved on to Toontown now.

Me to ill my dad blocked it months ago I am doing much better in school i raised 4 letter grades in ONE term.

I hope you get to spend some time with your VMK friends, but I've also gotta say ... WOOT for all A's!

What has helped my addiction is the fact that I have to do lesson plans, grade 59 book reports, and research applying for grad school. The realization that I'll still have to do those things even after VMK closes (I'm still about that) kind of makes me prioritize.

Of course, that's NOT to say that I still want to kick someone because it's closing. Like everyone else has said ... why not AFTER school? If you really really really have to close, why not in July? Let us have part of the summer! Let us enjoy the time withOUT having to worry about the school year! Would it really have hurt them financially if they kept it open for another month or two???

Yeah... VMK was my summer last year, and it was likely to be again this year. If they really have to close, why couldn't they wait until the end of the summer?
