Yeah folks, I am finally here after hearing such wonderful things about all of you.

I will be returning to WDW for my 5th trip (in the past 2 years) and I want to stay at a non-Disney owned property in DW. Any recommendations? We will be using Disney's transportation but don't mind walking do DTD. We are annual pass holders but the rates for Disney properties aren't out yet for October.

Also, I just received my e-mail but it expired before we arrive.

Also, what are all the abbreviations you folks use? I'm lost.
