See them from OKW, no but you can hear them. You can see them from the IG outside of Epcot. You can see Wishes from the beach at the Poly.

Every once in a while, if your orientation is right, you can see a few higher ones. I could see the light from the fireworks (heard them better than saw them) from the start of the marathon.

If you stand on the walkway, near the Hospitality House on the way to the bus stop on Pennisular Road, you can see the high up ones. My husband and I watched them a couple of times in June from that sort of bridge area (across the street from the HH.) The walkway at one point will overlook a pond and buildings 23-26 and if you stand there, you'll see the high up ones. Its not a great view, but yes you can see them! OKW is actually pretty close to Epcot.

Epcot are pretty low.

you can see the higher fireworks from Wishes at both OKW and SSR.

you can definitely see fireworks at Epcot from BCV or BWV in some villas.

now non-DVC - epcot fireworks also can be seem at CBR and Pop.

mk fireworks at GF, CR and Polyn for the best views - the beaches at WL and FW.

some people say you can see these from Pop and CBR too - but I haven't.
