Epcot Experts: Which restaurants if any are you able to eat and see Illuminations?

Only Rose & Crown can present an excellent view, but the patio tables are not guaranteed. Understand if you are seated inside you can go out to a viewing area to see the show.

Of the currently open TS restaurants that may have views:
Chefs de France: Somewhat limited view from window tables.
Bistro de Paris: View from window tables only.
Tokyo Dining: View from window tables only.
Recently heard someone mention having a view from Nine Dragons. First time I've heard of that.

We watched them from a window table at Tokyo Dining a couple of weeks ago and thought it was a great view. They dim the lights and pipe the music in as well
