Illuminations outside Epcot

DH doesn't want to do Epcot this year. But I would like to see Illuminations. Someone said if you go on the bridge between The Boardwalk and I can't remember which resort. You have a good view. Anyone know anything?

Its the bridge between the Boardwalk and the Beach Club - you do get a good view here but you need to remember that you'll miss the action that happens on the World Showcase Lagoon.

But if you don't want to go in to Epcot then this is the next best spot IMHO

I would highly recommend an Illuminations Cruise. I think it was one of the best things I ever did at DIS. They are hard to get but you can either try or I did it with Cruise Central on the board and it worked out terrific! (We paid $15 per person including tip - I would have paid more than double it was so fabulous!!!!)

It is a better view than anything.
