Illuminations on Saturday 6/24

We get in to MCO @ 5pm - will we be able to get to POP on ME, register, and hop a bus to EPCOT to see Illuminations, or do you think we are pushing it if we do? Just need some experienced DISers opinions. TIA!

It will be tight, and everything would have to be on time (flight on time, no big delays for ME, not a huge line at check-in, not a long wait for a bus), but as long as you wouldn't be devastated if it doesn't work out, it's worth a try. If you make it, we'll be the family under the bridge in the Breathless....woo hoo!!

It's one of the tour boats for the Illuminations cruise. There are several pontoon boats and the Breathless, a reproduction of a 30's Chriscraft runabout. The cruises during Illuminations are very popular (and expensive). But Illuminations is one of my family's huge favorites at WDW, so we're splurging on it. Have fun!

Where are you flying out of? We are leaving the same day and arriving the same time. We are flying out of Syracuse on Delta. It would be funny if were on the same flight.

The Illuminations cruise is so nice, we had a great pre-show from our capitan, very informative about the waterways, parks and operations of the transporation systems. The viewing of Illuminations could not have been better. We had 8 of us and had a wonderful evening watching the show.
