It’s been raining all day at Epcot. Do they have Illuminations even in the rain?

We have reservations at Spice Road Table in Morocco to watch Illuminations. We have the opportunity to cancel the reservation right now. Do we keep it? There isn’t thunder or lightning.

Only time they are likely to cancel Illuminations is if there are strong enough winds to make launching the fireworks risky.
