IllumiNations FP area?

What are the areas for this FP? We want to be over by the entrance of the world showcase section so we don't have to fight so many people when trying to leave afterwards. Is it just a roped off section? Chairs? Any input is appreciated!!!

Is between the twin gift shops at the entrance to WS from the FW bridge. Standing only. We stood there for a private event a few years ago and it was actually a great view. I was surprised. If I recall right, the area is sloped. WE stood at the back because I am really short and I had a great view. It will be roped off with CMS checking as you enter.

We booked it as a FP+ for our upcoming trip.

How soon is the FP+ available to book for Illuminations? Is it at 60 days out?

FW=Futureworld.

My FP time starts at 8:35, I believe. And yes, it was available for me at the 60 day mark.

On Sunday, we arrived right after they said "illuminations will begin in 5 minutes" and were allowed in. We were told that they allow people in up to 10 minutes into the program.
