Illuminations cruise ?

Do they charge your credit card at the time of reservation?

What happens if the weather prevents the boat from going out? I assume you get a refund?

They do not charge your CC at the time of reservations..

I've never experienced bad weather...but I don't think you get charged if the boat can't go...but illuminations can be canceled and the boats can still go out....but don't know the exact rules...

I know with our Wishes cruise, we were not charged before. In fact there was a guy hanging out at the marina hoping that people wouldn't show up for their cruise time, so he could have one of the boats. We paid and tipped when we got back.

You're not charged before, but if Illuminations is cancelled because of bad weather, you're out of luck. And if they are willing to take the boats out and you don't show, I believe they will charge your card. If there is lightning/thunder and they cancel the cruise, there is no charge.
