Illuminations Cruise Questions

I booked an illuminations cruise as a suprise for my moms birthday. I know that snacks are provided but am considering having some food provided as well. Has anyone done this and or have suggestions on what to order?

Also, still confirming who will be coming with us, do I need to call back and let them know the total count of people? Or as long as it's 10 or under am I good?
