Illuminations Cruise: Possible to book Thanksgiving weekend?

I am interested in surprising my mom with an Illuminations Cruise during our Thanksgiving 2009 trip. Do you think I have a good chance at booking a cruise for one of the days of our trip (any day either Thursday through Saturday) or is it such a busy time that it will likely book very quickly?
