IllumiNations at the Rose and Crown

What's a good time for a dinner reservation at the Rose & Crown so we can watch the IllumiNations fireworks show from the restaurant? We've watched it numerous times from different perspectives, including on one of the pontoon boats, but have never watched it from the restaurant.

7:45 is the time we usually make our ADR's only 1 in 4 did we get the outside patio with the best view ever (lower patio area), I heard some outside patio locations are not to good, but when we had inside seating they took us outside about dessert time to a patio to view Illuminations.
