Illuminations at Rose & Crown

We had a PS for Rose & Crown for a Sunday night, but decided lto see if we could go Monday night instead. Had no problem calling on Sunday for a 7:20 PS for Monday. When I checked in I said we'd be willing to wait for an outdoor table. The young lady at the podium said that most everyone was waiting for the same. But we were able to get a wonderful outdoor table and enjoyed Illuminations (which wasn't as long as I had remembered!) I highly recommend seeing Illuminations this way - having a great meal and a great view!

We've been equally lucky on our past two trips and gotten a patio table. If there is a better spot than this to view Illuminations, well I just haven't found it.

I have heard from other posters though, that when they call your name for seating, if you don't take what's available you will lose your reservation. I guess they have to do that, as patio seats are limited.
