On part of the plaza on the Future World side, between the two stores.

It's a great view, but the one thing to really remember is that you won't get a chair. Standing tables only.

A. Roughly #14, OR… to the east or west of that area.

B. But, if the wind is blowing out of the south… not so good.

yes, you can cancel...I don't know if its the day before or 2 days though.

How is the Illumination dessert party and where is it held?

It is normally at the front of World Showcase slightly to the right of dead center. I have seen it in other locations though due to private parties, etc. It's a fantastic view but standing tables only and not all of them are "front row" so you may have to move up to have a good view. I enjoyed it but it's not something I would do again. Worth doing once though.
