Illiminations Cruise-Will I make it?

I have 'Ohana ADR at 6:30. What are the chances I'd make an Illuminations Cruise leaving at 8:00? I'm guessing I wouldn't but wanted a second opnion. Thanks!

That doesn't give you enough time to have dinner. If they delay you being seated even by 15 or 20 minutes you will not have time to eat and get to your cruise. I would reschedule one of those to another time. Even if you are driving yourself that is not enough time.

Also, what transportation will you use to go from Polynesian to Epcot resort area?

Most ADR's rarely start on time. I don't think its possible unless you really want to rush or be prepared to leave dinner early. We did the illuminations cruise in Oct 2010. They depart the Beach Club, head over to the Hollywood Studio's area for a boat ride, the to Illuminations. You might be able to talk to the marina and set up a late arrival time if you want to skip the ride to HS, and just go straight to Illuminations. The cruise is expensive enough, I would just schedule it or dinner another night. If that's not in the plans, there's always another trip!!!!!

That is probably the quickest, but as DL said above, still not enough time. I would go for a 5:30 or maybe 5:15 dining reservation to allow time to wait, eat and get over to Epcot resort area. In any case, enjoy the cruise, they are fun.

Ohana is the worst place to be on a time schedule. While we haven't experienced a long wait before being seated, we have experienced the slowest meal EVER there. This is consistant with our Ohana dinners. It is just DH and I, and we are never out of there before an hour and a half and usually it is 2 hours. We eat and get out. It is the service that is slow, if it weren't for the meal we wouldn't go.
