Oh, how fun! Kevin just got a new grandbaby, too. Also a girl. Her name is Jade. We're hoping to see the grandkids soon, maybe the end of May (in Houston!).

And Happy Birthday! What a great gift!

Seems like I'm dropping a load on dance lately! I know most of you feel my pain & have been there. Competition is next month & they had to get a different color ballet shoe and tights. Then there is the studio jacket & pants to order too. It all adds up! I'll probably drop a load on gymnastics soon too. The gym doesn't give the kids end-of-year trophies & expects the parents to buy them. They also have a special leotard for the spring gala.

Congratulations to you all too! I like that name. Megan and Dave chose an old fashioned name, but I'm not supposed to know, so I guess I shouldn't announce it yet.

Diana, I know that I will look back on all of this & it will bring a smile to my face. Emily is dancing in the living room to Michael Jackson right now. I really can't wait to see her in competitions.

Ashley has improved greatly with gymnastics. I think this may be her passion. I was very proud of her today.

I must say that with dance & gymnastics I have 2 very flexible girls!!!

We are still going to WDW. There's no way that will get cancelled. I've only have pay the remainder of our room (thanks again!). Tickets were bought years ago. I should have enough Disney Reward $ to help pay for meals. So it really shouldn't be that big of a pinch on us.

Very smart, Angie, buying those tickets "years ago". I didn't even think to buy some Universal FL tickets before they went up by 50% due to the opening of Harry Potter.

Well...as wonderful as it is to see the family, it feels great to be home!
I DO miss my little guy, though. I just really try to not even think about missing him, or it gets too hard.

But what a joy to see the sunshine!!

It snowed all day yesterday but it never really stuck to the sidewalks or the streets. We'll be in the 40's today and the 50's tomorrow and it will all be gone. Just a little trick Mother Nature pulled on us.

That's what it was doing in Omaha when I left. It really didn't look like it was going to stick to the streets. I hope that's the end of it for everyone.
