II Mulino - social distancing question

We reservations at II Mulino next Saturday night. Wondering if anyone has been there recently and can comment on the spacing of tables inside? We’re comfortable with the Disney run restaurants because they take social distancing seriously. We weren’t sure what to expect from II Mulino. Wanted to make sure it was similar to the Disney restaurants before we went. TIA.

We ate there on valentines day. Table are spaced out both inside and out.

I called the other day and was told that they are filling both Il Mulino and Shulas at 50% capacity. I didn't ask about the other restaurants at Swan and Dolphin.

50% capacity doesn’t seem too bad. We get there Friday So we will walk by and see if we can peek in. I’d love to finally get to try this restaurant!

Glad to hear that they are spacing them out... just reserved for our April trip. Made our reservation for early, 5:30, but will definitely request an outside table...Thanks for the info.

My only advice is to limit the amount of time you need to be indoors. Physical distance isn't the only consideration in an enclosed space.

Having gone to Il Mulino often, pre pandemic? They have a serious advantage over a number of Disney owned Restaurants....

You see, they were physically sized to deal with CONVENTION traffic. The physical Restaurant is huge, with tables well separated. I think you made a great pick, probably better than Shula's, in terms of physical separation from others. And to boot? It's a GREAT Restaurant .


Il Mulino DOES also have a courtyard area, open air. Pretty large, and we've seen them use this in the past for dedicated Convention dining.
