My sailing is in 14 days and I still haven't received a stateroom number is this normal

Yep. It can be assigned as late as embarkation day.

We have booked *GT rates several times. Typically we got our stateroom number ~10 days before sailing. But, as noted above, you might not know until you sail.

I booked an igt room 2 weeks ago for a cruise in 9 days and I just got my room assignment yesterday, at 10 days out
