No doubt that Presidents week is a very busy week with big crowds and, at best, iffy weather.

We've gone during the last week of February or first week of March (or both) a few times with some mixed weather results. Sometimes it's been cold, sometimes it's been hot. But the theme park crowds are much, much lighter during the non-holiday weeks. And the airfare and car rental costs are lower during February/early March as compared with Presidents week. Though I do think that the crowds during that later period of time are generated largely due to public school vacations (a lot of northeast U.S. public schools are on vacation around that time).
