Hi just really writing as I supposed Im a bit cheesed of with the answer I just got from the above company so Im venting bare with me.:goodvibes
Anyway I get regular e-mails and received an e-mail yesterday advertising a sale and low and behold August 24th med cruise £2299.00 for family of 4. shocked I checked, hubbie checked and again we both checked again. Rang first thing this morning gave details and the chap said oh yes but that cruise is not that price because your children are 15 and 16 and there not childrens ages. I explained that on the Disney cruise lines they were classed as children 17 and under. the conversation then went from its an age thing to its a mistake to well Disney are charging more for the cruise etc etc, every time I came back with an answer (and yes I was polite ) the guy seemed tied in knots. He then said they weren't breaking any law after I explained that if it was an age thing they should make it clearer as it was rather misleading. My hubbie had phoned from work earlier and was told by someone else that it was a mistake they wouldnt honour it but the chap who did the website wasnt in until monday so couldn't change it !! After I said about it being changed it was taken off the initial blurb but scroll down and the price is still there . Yes I know im upset because for a few hours I thought we would be sailing again and we didn't get what was advertised so it is sour grapes but what a shambles !!! Anyway rant over sorry (but please just tell me Im right in thinking its 17 and under for children ?)

I totally understand your frustration! :sad2:

Unfortunately there a quite a few companies that operate in the same way. They put a low price on the website (notice you can never book it online!) and give you a number to ring, only to find out for some reason that's not the actual price. Horrible sales tactic!

One thing to remember is that a Disney cruise will be the same price which ever agent you go through. The only incentive they can provide is extra onboard credit.

Hi, Disney does charge different prices for different aged children. Although they are still classed as children the rate goes up at either 13 or 14. if you check on the DCL website and put in different ages you will find the price varies. This isn't the travel agents fault it is just what Disney charges and is common among different cruise companies.

are flights included? as with disney cruises on iglu there not.
