Maybe Cramer should purchase DVC for his family. Is he from New Jersey?

We bought Disney at $23 and are hanging on. I don't buy very many individual stocks, but Disney never disappoints. I'm hanging in there with Cramer.

Iger seems a little more deadpan that I would like. I'm glad he seems to see the value in having many different platforms. However, if these guys thinks the themeparks are accessible to everybody in the country...well, they are not exactly.

Ha! Cramer's actually from Philly. The changes Iger states that has contributed to Disney's positive bottom line has been free dining, cheap villa room upgrades, etc. These things seem to adversely affect DVC, while all the while bringing in the people. Obviously, DVC is not a concern of Iger.

I think DVC is not a concern primarily because it is already a strong performer. It's been mentioned explicitly in the most recent annual report, and the quarterlies after that.

We bought Disney stock back in the late 1980's at about $17 a share... I believe we've seen some very high prices, a number of splits, etc...
