How is the weather? Is there daily rain? How bad is the rain?

Just back on Sunday. We were at BCV from 7/18 to 7/23 and in central FL the rest of the time. It rained EVERY day except for one! We managed just fine except for 7/18 when it went from a sprinkle to a monsoon within just a few minutes, didn't even have time to put ponchos on! We were watching Illuminations over near the gateway to Future World and we made a mad dash back to BCV. Yikes! The storm was so bad that it was all over the Orlando news stations. A nearby town had lots of property damage.

e were there July 22 - 27 and it rained every day that we were there, about the same time every day, around 2 - 3 pm. It rained one day aut 5:30, 6:00 and it lasted about an hour. Anytime before that, it rained for about 30 minutes.

The clouds would bank up, it would cool off, ran or abou 30 minutes, then it would be over with.

There was actually one day when we were out in the park and got caught in the rain. However, all of the shops in the parks sell adult and child ponchos, $6 and $4. It's cheaper to bring your own before you leave home.

I noticed many people buying the ponchos when it started to rain but the rain didn't really last that long so by the time you paid for your poncho and put it on it stopped raining. It was hot enough out of dry off quickly as well.

Yes it rained every day I was there but like someone else said the rain didn't last very long. It was low 90's mostly everyday not to bad.

Just back yesterday (aug 2nd) and it rained most every day and bad storm one day...weather before we left, said it was going to storm all this week. We were drenched so bad last Thursday that we had to throw away our "cheaper" ponchos and buy mickey ponchos!
