My dad has always celebrated on March 1st which makes his birthday the same as my stepmom's. He says he is really only 12 1/2 and that is why he acts so immature.

A little girl at our school was born on February 29th.
Her Mom said that the hospital told her she should celebrate it on February 28th but that doesn't make sense to me.
She was born on the day AFTER February 28th, so her bday should be on March 1st.
I went to a website that said the same thing, the birth was 60 days after January 1st and it should be celebrated 60 days after January 1st.
Of course, they can celebrate it whenever they want!

My birthday is in the middle of February, but I had always thought that if I were born FEBRUARY 29, I would celebrate it on February 28 because I actually would have been born in February.
