What time to you ask to be picked up? I am trying to decide on our best way to go to Sea World one day, renting a mini van is an option, or using Mears or a Town car service.
I know this sounds stupid, but what time do you asked to be picked up? If you are tired and do not want to stay as long as originally planned can you call to get them to come and get you? Does Mears run a shuttle periodically or do you have to schedule their trip back as well?

When we took Mears to Universal, they gave us a return ticket with a phone # on it to call two hours before we were ready to leave to schedule a pickup.

Now, we were using the handicapped accessible van as we had an ECV. There are only three of those so, I don't know if the two hours was a precaution or whatever, but the driver showed up exactly at the time arranged. We had this van all to ourselves.

There were other folks at the WDW Mears stop at Universal that said they had scheduled a pickup time for the regular shuttles, but got tired early and were hoping to get on the next available shuttle. One couple was succesful, because there was room, another couple had to wait for the next one.

So apparently there is a schedule, but it is also semi based on how many folks need pickups.

Hope this helps,

Carol
