you can buy tickets at undercovertourist or mapleleaftickets...or order straight from disney online or wait till you get to the park.

you would need ask the DVC member you are renting from to set up DDP in advance. you cannot set it up yourself nor can you add it at check-in.

(the DVC member can also set up ME, if needed.)

you should be able to call direct to make dining reservations at wdw once you get your confirmation number from the DVC member, if that's what you mean.
