If You Remember Beverly Lynn....

I miss her on the boards -- she was one of those tell it like it is, lay it on the line, truthful, no beating around the bush type of people.

BL was one of a kind, and missed deeply.

She passed away suddenly and unexpectantly several months after having gastric bypass surgery.

Life is so unfair sometimes. She had gone through such rough times but always had such a sense of humor...

I always enjoyed her posts and seeing her DD's beautiful pictures in her signature.

I certainly hope Aryn is with Josie (BL's mom) and not Dan and that crew.....

HI! I always lurk out here and knew Beverly very well. We lived minutes from each other and she the one who helped me with internet.

Update on Aryn she is still with Josie (Beverly's mom) and I pray she always will be. Dan is still causing problems - he tried to get Aryn but when he went in front of the judge - the judge gave it to him pretty good - ordered a drug and alchol test which I might add he failed both. I could hear Beverly laughing - also was arrested for outstanding warrants on a support hearing. He doesn't show up for his supervised visits with Aryn - wonder why the court thinks he's not a fit parent?

Aryn (I seen her about a month ago) seems to be very happy and well adjusted for what's shes been through. Josie is having a more difficult time - for those of you who might not know she a school crossing guard and she got bumped off her usual corner to a slow and quiet corner and she told me it allows her to much time to think. It could also be she has the burial expenses on her mind since the wonderful Dan got the insurance policy and didn't pay the funeral expenses. This is typical for him - Beverly's stories were true about the whole clan - I've never meet such weirdo's.

I'll try once and in a while to keep you guys updated - I haven't had alot of time to lurk lately.

I will sure this with Josie - it will make her feel good how many lives Beverly touched.

Thank you so much onedizzydi for the update on Aryn. Lots of people were concerned of what was happening to her. Glad she is with her grandmother and not having any contact with her father which is the best for her.

Aryn should have gotten the insurance policy, something is messed up with that.

I didn't know Beverly. I came to these boards just a short while ago...but she sure sounds like a wonderful, loving. devoted friend. Seems as though you were all touched by such a beautiful person. I'm sure she is looking down on each of you with smiles.

I had been a visitor of the DVC boards, I think the first day I came to Community Board was last year, the day Dan Murphy posted his tribute to her. Although I never knew her, she seemed to be a wonderful person & many thought so highly of her. I hope the best for her daughter. Such a sad thing for a child to go through.

I lurked a long time before I ever posted anything here or registered, so i was very familiar with BL and her cute daugher Aryn. Just glad to hear she is with a loving Grandma and not a Dad who has so many problems.

Rest in Peace BL...we miss you a lot!!!

This seems trivial but I hope some day that Aryn can return to WDW and have good thoughts of her good times there with her Mom....

Wow, it is so hard to believe it has been a year. I feel sadness in my heard and have tears in my eyes, she truly was a wonderful part of the DIS and as seen by this post, Beverly is truly missed.
