If you preordered your Photopass online...

...what did the mailing packaging look like? I rec'd confirmation on 3/17 that it had been sent and would arrive here within 2 business days. (ordered from Disney so it is reputable). It is now the 25th. GRRRRR. We leave tomorrow morning. Any chance I overlooked it? Please help, thank you! It is annoying!

I think all you will get is an email confirmation and you will need to plug in that confirmation number AFTER your trip when you order the CD. That is how you will get your discount to order.

I thought when you pre-ordered they just e-mail you
a discount code to use when you get back to order:

when we pre ordered ours from disney photopass we got an email that said "important info do not delete" and it had our confirmation number code in the email, nothing comes in the mail untill u actually get the photopass cd itself, I know it does say u will get something and that was confusing, but u just get an email.
go and take lots of pix, enjoy!

What To Do Next:

Step 1: Visit the Parks and get lots of Disney's PhotoPass photos taken. Look for our photographers throughout the Parks and they'll be happy to make sure your CD is filled with as many photos as you'd like. The first photographer you see will give you a Disney's PhotoPass card you can use for your entire stay. View park maps and photographer locations!

Step 2: After your vacation, go to DisneyPhotoPass.com to view your photos. You will need to log into your account using your email address and password. Be sure to claim your photos within 30 days of your vacation!

Step 3: Claim any Disney's PhotoPass cards you used during your trip by entering the ID numbers after you log in. You can add character signatures and borders prior to ordering your PhotoCD.

Step 4: Add the PhotoCD to your cart by going to the "Photo Products" tab at the top of the website, choosing "Disney's PhotoCD," and clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

Step 5: Enter the promotion code below in the promotion code field and click "Apply." The full cost of the CD and standard domestic shipping for the CD will be removed from your order total.

i wish Disney would change how they word that email. It does say you will be "receiving your order" and that your "order was sent" but the order is just an additional email with your code. If you didn't get the email, you can call/email their customer service and they will resend it to you. This happened to me last year. I got every email from them BUT the code one...they resent it right away.
