Looks like you won't be able to. According to this post on Twitter (and I know her, so she's legit) there will not be early registration at WDW expo.

I do hope there is at least early registration for Visa card holders. I think those going for Coast to Coast should have an early chance to sign up. If I don't get in to at least the half, I'm screwed for this year!

It looks like Yes WDW APs can register, but don't know when!

Heres info including dates from the dl ap website for early registration. I was told WDW ap will work for a dl race.
