for reservations anytime soon, you'd better hurry. We received the postcard in the mail yesterday and when we called today, the only moderate available with the code is Cornonado Springs (which we don't like). So, we figured we'd try for a deluxe and the only one available with the code is Yacht Club. We're going to keep calling to see if anything else opens up. I have a hard time believing that WDW resort bookings are not up to their usual numbers - I hope they bring back EE!

We are thinking of returning to WW in late August. I think there is a code rate for that time or at least an AMEX rate. Would you mind telling me what time frame you were calling for? Thanks!

The end of April - Early May. I don't think they have a lot of rooms set aside at each resort using the code, so I would call now. You can always cancel if your plans change.

Just to let you know, I booked a few days ago for CSR in early August. I don't have my AMEX card yet, but the CM said that there is plenty of availabilty for that resort using the AMEX code, so I should have no problem getting it if I call back with the code. I'm not sure which resort you were planning on staying at, but I hope it applies to you too!

We usually stay at the Poly chiefly for the great kid's club. Truthfully, our children are not big fans of the Poly pool but they love the Neverland Club and so do we. I would consider staying anywhere where the pool is either great for small ones(although I'm not sure where- I did read recently a couple of complaints about a resort pool where you ended up with sand in your privates, YUCK!) but most importantly, the kid's club should be good. We are hoping to go down around the 18th of August for 6 days. I think that I need to buy an AP to get a discount at any of the deluxes. Thanks for the updated info!

I just called to book with the postcard code and requested CBR for June 8-15 and was told they only had availablity at Port Orleans Reiverside (Dixie Landing) for that time except for king beds only at CSR. We really wanted to try CBR as we have already done POR but for now I booked for POR and will try to switch later.

One of the dates during your stay may not be available. You might try adjusting the check in date and check out date a couple of days in either direction if you can.

Also, we stayed at AKL and asside from location, we loved it. We were there the week between Christmas and New Years so it was too cold for us to use the pool. However, the pool is one of the zero enty pools, has a nice looking slide and a separate pool for small kids (todlers). I didn't notice if the bottom was sand, but Storm-along Bay at the Y/B Club has a sand bottom.

Thanks for all of your input - I was just hoping to inform people so they wouldn't wait too long to book with a discount code. We can't change our dates of this stay - we're going for our 15th wedding anniversary without the kids! That's why we were hoping to get GF, because we've never stayed there and this is a special occasion! Maybe some other time . . .
