did you have a good experience?

I've never used the 800 # but have always used one of the others & have gotten really nice CM's that were knowledgeable & helpful. I was just wondering if I should try it or stick with the numbers I've been using. Have you found any difference (good or bad) in the level of service when using the 800 #? Thanks for any feedback you can offer. :)

I've called the 800 numbers several times in the past few weeks for resort ressies and restaurant ressies. I've had no problems whatsoever. Some CMs were better than others, but all were fine. I won't pay long distance for this because the calls take a loooong time!

Yes, they've been very nice and extremely helpful. Had one dud, so I just politely hung up and called back and got a terrific CM! Now, when it's time to book CRT I'll call the direct number, but for other things the 800 number is the way to go.

I just called the 800 last week to make the Crystal Palace reservations & while I was on the phone I asked a ton of questions & the CM was very nice.

But when I initially made the reservation, I used the 800 number & that guy was a dud! I called the next day & talked to a girl & she was very nice.

Called a couple of times in the last couple of days and the CM'S were outstanding!

However at 7:00 am when you call to make ADR'S.....you can tell they haven't had their morning cup of coffee yet. But that's just my experience!

I use the 800# everytime I call except for CRT. I had one cast member tell me she wasnt even aware that they had a 800#???......which was funny to me because that is the # I had called when I was talking to her. Like others have said some CMs are "better" than others. :earsboy: :earsgirl:

What is the 800# I am only aware of the long distance # but Ill be due for my adr's soon and an 800# would be great ;)

877-939-3732 is the one I use (I think there's actually more than one toll free number).

They were very nice. I suspect it all goes to the same place anyway. :)

Thanks everyone! :wave2:

I just got off the phone with CRO using that #. Had a great CM who couldn't have been nicer. I made sure to ask to be transferred to the customer comment line so I could tell them how helpful & nice she was. :goodvibes

Okay...got to go make a trip ticker now! :cloud9:
