I ordered about 2 months out. I gave them a window time to deliver and they delivered right to our room. Everything came in a insulated bag, like the ones at Wal-mart. I will use them again on our next trip they were great. The food was fresh and if we had needed anything later in the week they would not have charged a delivery fee. That may have changed but I would check it out.

We loved Garden Grocer. We've used them two years in a row. Everything was fresh and they delivered when they said they would. They even found the specific yogurt my daughter eats (which is not listed on their site) and added it to our order. We love this company.

We placed our order 3 days before our arrival. We didn't order milk, but we did get several different kinds of fruit. Everything came fresh. For the milk, we just purchased it at the resort. Worked great for us and we wouldn't hesitate to use GardenGrocer again.

We're checking in on Sept 22, and I just placed my order today.

They ask you to pick a 2-hour time slot that you would like delivery.

I emailed them to find out if we could have a couple of things that were not on their list delivered, and they were fine with it!!

I've heard such good things about them, that I'm not a bit nervous about using them at all!

We arrive on the same day and I am from St Louis too. Where are you staying? We are at POR. I ordered from Garden grocer and found them very reasonable.

We arrive on Sept 23rd and I placed the order today I wouldn't wait to long to order, I noticed that it states "certain days are already booked"

We stayed at CSR in June and used Garden Grocer. I placed the order at least 1 month out. I gave them the time window between 7 and 9pm on our arrival day, a Sunday. They finally showed up around 9:30 after a few phone calls by me at 9pm which I was not happy about since we left the pool to make sure we were in the room by 7pm. Other then that issue the food was great. Meats and fruits came in a cooler and they brought everything we ordered. Even though they were so late I'd try them again because it was nice to have the food in my room for quicker meals.

We used them on our stay at OKW this last time. They arrived before our food(not their problem). OKW took delivery of it and stored it in cold storage they keep for just this senerio at quest services. When we arrived, guest services brought it down to us and it was all there and nice and cold. I can't be sure but I would guess that most if not all the resorts have a cold storage like OKW...smjj
