If you had to choose

If you had to choose would you take your girls to BBB for the $45. package or do there hair and makeup yourself and go to P&PP. What would you do? Can't swing both.....
I have already bought dresses on sale after Halloween....

Oh most definitely P&PP!

We are going next week and dd isn't doing BBB at all. She has three dresses to wear to different character meals (Minnie Mouse, Snow White and Cinderella) and she'll just wear the hair piece that goes w/ the appropriate costume.

We'd much rather do MVMCP and dd will do a kid's pirate cruise as well. I'd much rather spend the money on the party and the pirate cruise than all that on just an updo!

No question on this one! P&PP. You can do something "fancy" with the girls hair and they can have a ball at the party. I prefer the natural looking girls anyway. If you make a big deal of doing their hair, they'll feel like princesses without spending the extra money.

P&PP!! If she already has a dress, then buy some cheap glitter makeup/nailpolish/hair glitter from Wal-Mart and do her hair very fancy! The P&PP seems to be more fun and memorable than BBB.

The P&PP was wonderful last year - great character interactions, dance parties throughout the park, a great parade, and it was fun to follow the treasure map to the goodies. The pirate boat ride was nice, but it was hard to hear the story (at least from the top level), but it was neat seeing the scenes at night.

I personally haven't done either but when we were there in Sept. I told my DD that she was going to "Valerie's Spa and Salon" We did manicure, pedicure and painted her nails. She has very long down to her waist hair and I just curled it all myself into ringlets. I seen another little girl who had her hair done for some competition and I was like WOW!
I asked if she went to BBB and she said no, as they don't use anything on the girls hair, not curling irons or anything, they just pin it up and spray some glitter spray on.. But she paid a little more and went to one of the resorts salons and got a very beautiful hair style and it was curled and looked quite elegant.
I haven't been to P&P party but I would bet that would be your money's worth and make a whole lot more memories!
