If you had to make the following choices, which would you choose and why?

1. Dinner at Boma or Whispering Canyon Cafe?
2. Dinner at Ohana's or CRT?
3. Lunch at Sci-Fi or 50's Cafe?
4. Fantasmic Dinner at Brown Derby or Rose and Crown Pub during illuminations?

Is is just me? Do you change your mind on a daily if not on an hourly basis? I guess it is more fun than choosing between McDonald's or Burger King! :goodvibes

1. WCC -- I love this place, it is my absolute favorite, great food and fun
2. 'Ohanas - I've never tried this one, but can't wait to next trip
3. Sci Fi - I like the food better here, altough I might be in the minority
4. Fantasmic - I've never done either of these, but I think Fantasmic is going to be next on my agenda

1) Have not dined at Boma's (not a buffet fan) and WCC was ok
2) Ohana's
3) 50's - we eat there every trip, but I am considering giving S-F another try
4) We have only been to R&C one time, on our last trip in November, we were lucky and had a fabulous table outside for Illum. and I really enjoyed it. We aren't big Fantasmic fans and I kind of think BD is overrated, jmho.

1. Boma .. We have eaten there several times and always enjoy it. The noise and antics at WCC does not appeal to us at all.

2. CRT .. We have not enjoyed our meals at 'Ohana and will not go back. We have only eaten at CRT once, but it was very nice.

3. 50's .. We always eat at 50's when we visit MGM. the food is good and the place fun. We found Sci Fi to be boring .. the movie loop too short .. the staff was rude and the food was bad.

4.a hard choice .. but I will pick Rose and Crown because I like Illuminations so much... but be aware you may not get a patio table.

Boma
???????????Haven't yet been to O'hana, but love CRT
???????????Again, haven't been to 50's, but probably wouldn't go to Sci Fi without the kids
Well, both Fantasmic and Illuminations shouldn't be missed............but you need a dinner package for Fantasmic at busier times to make it easier........we chose Hollywood and Vine
For Illuminations, we'd actually eat just prior at Le Cellier, then walk out and watch.........

As much as I dislike Boma, WCC is even worse! Go for Boma as the lesser of two evils. ;)
Dinner at CRT. Even though I hate the changes there, I dislike O'hana's new menu even more. :sad2: At least they have prime rib still at CRT and the characters aren't bothering you too much.
Lunch at Sci-Fi. The food is equally bad at both restaurants, but we enjoy the atmosphere at Sci-Fi so much better than the 50's Prime Time. I don't need some idiotic actor wanna-be telling me to eat my peas. :rolleyes1
I'm not sure why you have to do dinner at the Brown Derby in order to see Fantasmic. :confused3 The "reserved" seats are really not that great, you can get much better seats by waiting in the regular line and eating a decent meal elsewhere. You can even eat a picnic in the parking lot and get better seats for Fantasmic than your would with the package! If the choice is between watching Illuminations or watching Fantasmic, I would say go for Illuminations. Then again, you don't have to eat at Rose & Crown to watch Illuminations either. There are plenty of good views of Illuminations without waiting until 8 or 9:00 to eat dinner. Rose & Crown is good, but Chefs de France or Biergarten are better for dinner. So, to answer your last question, go for Illuminations and Rose & Crown.

No it's not just you...I change my mind all the time & our trip is 5 months away!

1-Boma - Great choice of buffet items even for picky eaters. The atmosphere at the AKL is great & the trip over there. Desserts are good
Nice choice of african wines. Aftre dinner you can go to the public viewing spot & see the animals..very relaxing.

2-CRT if you have never done it before.

3-Sci Fi for atmosphere..50's for food

4-Definately FDP at Brown Derby.

1. Bomas, neat atmosphere good food and you can do some exploring after/before you eat.
2. I love 'Ohanas, its a must on our trips.
3. Sci-Fi because the atmosphere is so great. The food is comprable to the qualilty of a counter service but the desserts are awesome. I've only been to 50s PTC once and I'll never go again. Sure it was fun but I felt like they got the veggies and soup out of a can in the back.
4. Rose and Crown during Illuminations just because I like R&C. Nice table outside and cider hit the spot.

1. Dinner at Boma or Whispering Canyon Cafe?
Boma's one of the best buffets in Disney.
2. Dinner at Ohana's or CRT?
Ohana's to me CRT is not worth the costs.
3. Lunch at Sci-Fi or 50's Cafe?
Sci-Fi just love those cars.
4. Fantasmic Dinner at Brown Derby or Rose and Crown Pub during illuminations?
Rose and Crown Great view.

1. WCC- I love the fun theme at WCC and I'm a big fan of BBQ. I love Boma for breakfast, but can't seem to be that enthused with their dinner menu.

2. Ohana- Again, I love the theme and the fun we have at this restaurant. It's also less expensive than CRT! That being said, I know the menus have changed at both restaurants since the last time we were there. Right now I'm planning to go back to Ohanas on our next trip, but I'm leaning towards not going to CRT (I still have two open dinner reservations though).

3. 50s Cafe- I like the food better at the 50s cafe (even though last time we were there I scratched my mouth on a huge chicken bone that made it into my pot pie for some reason). I was disappointed with the food quality at sci fi the last time we were there.

4. Rose and Crown- This one is a "must do" for our vacations. I LOVE Illuminations and I love the fish and chips they serve at Rose and Crown!

1. Hmmm, honestly I don't care for either one.
2. Definitely O'Hanas, hands down
3. Sci-Fi if it's lunch, 50's if it's dinner
4. Brown Derby (never eaten there but been to R&C twice and didn't care for the food but the view was great if you're lucky enough to get outside! But that's hard too because I like Illuminations way more than Fantasmic.)

1. We're booked for WCC in June...it looks like more fun and the menu better suits our family.
2. Love O'Hana and with 2 teen DS's it's just a better fit.
3. 50's Cafe because I heard the seats at Sci-Fi are not Pooh-sized.
4. Can't miss Fantasmic and the Brown Derby menu looks yummy.

I made our ADR's today at 4pm and I'm already considering changing one when the lines open up tomorrow. You are not alone.........

1-Boma, I've got an ADR for my next trip. WCC just doesn't seem like something I'd enjoy.

2-OHana-food is good if you like that sort of thing and CRT food was just OK for me and too expensive.

3-Sci-Fi. I really enjoy this place and 50's doesn't sound like my idea of a good time.

4-Brown Derby. I have an ADR for the first time here too for late May. I've done R&C twice and didn't get patio on either trip and food was lousy on both trips.

1. WCC (love it), also not adventurous enough for Boma.
2. Would do Cindy's, never did it before. But love Ohana.
3. 50's PT, Sci-Fi food bites, even if it is a pretty cool experience.
4. Epcot, because I don't like the Brown Derby or Fantasmic.

1- BOMA LOVE it here!!!!
2- Have yet to do Ohana's but love CRT
3- Hard to choose we eat @ both places every trip. If your looking for the best burger in the worls I'd say Sci-Fi. But if your looking for a "meal" then 50's.
4- If you could get a great table for dinner and watch Ill. I would hands down pick that.

Boma is very good -- lots of different african-inspired dishes for the adventurous but "normal" food for those less so. We always go.

Ohanas -- great food and kids can get up and dance and have cocoanut races

Sci-fi any time

Rose and Crown -- good locale, fun to listen to the Beatlemania band.

1. boma just here so many good things

2. ohana becasue I have never felt so rushed in all my life as at crt

3. 50's don't like si-fi

4. rose and crown only 1 ts if using dinning plan and like the food

Boma's - great food,
O'Hanas- hands down
50's PTC- don't like Sci Fi at all
Brown Derby- you pay more but it's worth it!

Boma. I like their food better. It is more unusual and has more variety.

3. Lunch at Sci-Fi or 50's Cafe?

Prime Time. Better food, better desserts and watching the same movies clips gets old very quickly.

4. Fantasmic Dinner at Brown Derby or Rose and Crown Pub during illuminations?

Rose and Crown is great if you get an outside table, if not you do not get to see anything. Fantasmic Dinner guarantees you will see Fantasmic.

1. Boma- definitely hard to choose between them. boma sounds to be a more unique eating experience and the dessert buffet puts it out in front.

2. CRT- ohana's is very meat-heavy, whereas CRT menu has some good other options. plus who doesnt want to feel like a princess while at disney world??

3. Sci-Fi- close call yet again. the chocolate tart puts me over the edge thought.

4. Brown Derby- food-wise Brown Derby wins, but show-wise i love illuminations (i would just pick a different country to eat at).
