If you had to choose ONE favorite food item in all of WDW....

I would have to say my picks on our last trip
Pumpkin cheese cake at Tony's in MK
Salmon at POP
Ice Cream Sundaes at POP
Dole Whip in MK
and everything at HDDR

For me it would be the beef filet with mac and cheese from Jiko. I'm not sure I'd want it weekly, but it's always my most anticipated meal at the World.

One treat I could easily have every week are the Italian margheritas from the Tutto Italia kiosk in Epcot, but I wouldn't choose those because they're quite easy to make at home.

Puffed french toast from Crystal Palace breakfast!:yay:

Just about anything from the Boardwalk Bakery - carrot cake, fruit tart, cheesecake.

The Kitchen sink at Beaches And Cream.

Mickey Bar :cloud9:
We always go to Epcot on the first day of our trip and as soon as we get into the Plaza I buy one and eat it whilst watching the fountains
It really makes me feel so excited about the rest of my days in WDW

There is no way I can pick just one so....

My favorite ___________ is:

APPETIZER - Sesame Crusted Seared Tuna from Victoria & Albert's
HONOURABLE MENTION - Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli from California Grill

SUSHI - Spicy Kazan Roll from the California Grill
HONOURABLE MENTION - Volcano Roll from Kona Sushi Bar

SOUP - Cheddar Cheese Soup from Le Cellier
HONOURABLE MENTION - French Onion Soup from Chefs de France

LUNCH ENTREE - Pilgrim's Feast from Liberty Tree Tavern
HONOURABLE MENTION - Croque Monsieur from Chefs de France

DINNER ENTREE - Filet with Mac & Cheese and Red Wine Reduction from Jiko
HONOURABLE MENTION - Oak-grilled Pork Tenderloin with Goat Cheese Polenta from the California Grill

DESSERT - Trio of Chocolate from Victoria & Albert's
HONOURABLE MENTION - Bread Pudding from Ohana

SNACK - Popcorn (it just tastes better at WDW!)
HONOURABLE MENTION - Soft Pretzels from Germany

SWEET TREAT - Dole Whip Pineapple Soft Serve from Aloha Isle or Captain Cooks
HONOURABLE MENTION - Carrot Cake Cookie from the Writer's Stop (I'll eat around the raisins...its that good :thumbsup2)

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE - Pomegranate Kir from the kiosk in France
HONOURABLE MENTIONS (yup, need more than one!)
- Lapu Lapu from the Tambu Lounge
- Grey Goose Slushie from the kiosk in France
- Conumdrum from the California Grill
- Margaritas from the kiosk in Mexico

MEAL - Victoria and Albert's :worship: (Experiencing meal number 2 (on my 25th bday) in 128 days)
HONOURABLE MENTION - California Grill (it is a must do every trip)

Ooohhhh....such a good question! Just like the previous post, I can't possibly get it down to just one thing, but...

Appetizer - Taste of Africa at Jiko (I crave it always! Mostly because I can't get anything remotely like it outside of Disney)

Entree - Oak-grilled Pork Tenderloin with Goat Cheese Polenta from the California Grill (finally tried this on my most recent trip and now totally understand why it never leaves the ever-changing menu)

Drink (tie) - Italian Margarita from Tutto Italia (yes, you can make them at home, but as someone mentioned before, everything just tastes better in Disney!) OR the Fruta de Pasion Margarita at La Cava del Tequila (YUM!)

I always get a Bellini (or two ...:rolleyes1) from Italy ... not sure why they taste so much better there than any place else!

As for food, it would have to be the Mac & Cheese Filet at Jiko. I had it for the first time last year and cannot wait to have it again this year.

And just to comment on simple things tasting better in Disney ... I just love 'Ohana's scrambled eggs. Why do they taste so much better than anyone else's scrambled eggs, I have to idea. Disney magic, maybe! ;)

The Land & Sea appetizer at Coral Reef. The rest of the food has disappointed me there, but that one appetizer is the best thing I have eaten in all of WDW. I love it!

I can't say that there is one definitive "WDW taste" but there are some huge favorites....

The one thing that we always get is a Margarita from the frozen Margarita stand in Mexico.

The Potato Crusted Snapper at Flying Fish is certainly top of the list.

The Chocolate Trio at V&A's is also totally unforgetable.

The Scallop & Lobster Fisherman's pie from 2009 F&W was also fabulous

There are so many more things that I still have yet to try!

The one thing I would love to have every day and I don't think I can have them any more are Pooh's Honeypots. These caramel filled morsels were the best things in the world and I can't find them any more at WDW or DL:sad1:

I love the edamame salad on the buffet at Crystal Palace...still trying to find a recipe for that (anyone?).

This is a great thread and I can see some definite trends...I think I'm going to have to get the red snapper at Flying Fish! And the filet at Jiko! Can't wait!

Very hard to narrow. But for food I would say the coconut curry seafood stew at Boma. Dessert for me are the zebra domes at Boma. A close second would be the orange/vanilla swirl at the Dole Whip place.

Also I have to add the green curry at Sanaa. Unbelievably good.

Our last and only visit has been in 2002, but for our next upcoming trip I am really looking forward to a delicious Dole Whip...

I'm drooling just thinking of all the food, but a couple of my favs are:

Spicy Kazan Roll from CG
Grey Goose Slushie in France (can't walk by that kiosk without stopping)
Mickey Ice cream Bars just scream Disney!!

2 of the favorites I see listed, were not so favorite for me:
Potato Wrapped Snapper did nothing for me.
Filet and Mac at Jiko.filet was overcooked and the mac was undercooked

The one total "yuk" from our last trip was the Scallops at FF. They were undercooked, wet and mushy!!! But... I had a wonderful scallop appie at Fultons.
