Early may! we were there may 5-11th this year and it was PERFECT - low crowds, great weather - loved it and would go back that same week next year except we have a schedule conflict.

Not sure how some factor May into cool weather. This floridian doesn't remember cool weather during may. I would pick Jan if you want the cool weather too.
