If you got a BOG dinner after your 180 ADR date

Is it that good that you would have 5 meals there during one WDW trip? Just curious.

It is good for us. We will be spending several days at MK and I am a huge planner, so I like to have an air conditioned reservation somewhere. I also have two little girls who love Beauty and the Beast, so they get to feel like princesses in the castle.

Looks like we will be getting rid of the BOG breakfast since park hours changed and the park opens at 8 am for all guests. So only four times in the castle.

I got one at about 120 days for Presidents week in 2014. When it opened up for me it opened up a heap of reservations it was like they suddenly added more tables.

Traveling 11-15 to 11-21, just me and DH. Logged on early on my 180 mark and could only get BOG lunch for our last day 11-21 with only two time options for 2ppl 10:30 am or 2:00pm. The latter was too late since it was our last day and too close to our ME departure time..and 10:30 am seemed way too early for lunch but I snagged it. I stalked the site several times daily and finally got two different times -separate ADRs for 1 person 11:30 and another at 11:35 so changed the 11-21 time. I also hoped to get another day ( we love BOG) and a couple of days ago found 1 ADR for 1 person at 2:10 on 11-17. I'm hoping to find another one at the same time on the 17th- or hubs won't be eating with me

How do you do two reservations? I'm trying to figure that out.. EspeciAlly for BOG. We are a party of 5. I'm the only one with a MDE account so it looks like I Am required to be present with any one of the other 4 ppl when booking the reservations online. Am I completely overlooking how to do that? It seems for BOG it's easier to get a table booked for 2 and one for 3 rather than one of 5. Trying to maximize our chances of getting in, that's all.

My 180 days was in February and I got BOG in May.

From what I have read, you'll get one eventually.
I forgot the 180 mark booking date, actually even the plus 10 as we are saying on site.
A day or two after I realized I could book, I was able to get BOG. I don't fret much about these things.
I've been able to move things around and still no problems. We'll be there in November as well.

Do you think it's really possible that Disney will add on more reservations? Does that actually happen sometimes?

For sure! I was trying for BOG and it kept telling me it was unavailable until one morning in mid-May -- POOF -- TONS of BOG options! I could pick basically any day I wanted throughout my stay. They only lasted about 48 hours and then it went back to saying reservations unavailable.

I really just lucked into my BOG reservation. We were talking about going and I thought I would just check to see if I could find one since I heard it was so difficult to get. Magically the first day I tried I was able to get one. Yes it's for 8:35pm which is a little later than I'd rather eat but I'll take what I can get. This was at about day 90-100.

Last trip in Dec 2013, I had to change all my ADRs to 5 from 4, and was able to get a Xmas eve dinner at Bog a month and a half. Then again planets were lined up as I was able to move my res from CSR to POR and snag a room for five as well - this was at one in the morning so I had to make a new res and then cancel the other one...

I'm hoping to have the same luck! I'm trying to book a BOG dinner on the night of my birthday. I was able to get a lunch reservation on my 180+ reservation date, which I took. I'm really not interested in the lunch options (I'm admittedly an extremely picky eater) so I'm hoping something will open up for dinner! I'm going in December so I still have awhile, just keeping my fingers crossed and checking every day!

I have been trying daily for about 2 months now, not able to secure a BoG yet. There is no free dining the week we are going in October but there are only 2 nights where there is no MNSSHP (which means only 2 nights for a BoG dinner) so I'm not hoping for much.

I have a dinner ADR but I'm hoping for a BOG breakfast if they extend it to my dates in November. I think that will also help to open up some other BOG times if people swap them out for the breakfast ADRs.

My TA uses an app that alerts him to ADR's being available. We got our BOG dinner at around 100 days.

Someone may have already said this, I didn't look through the entire thread. Have you followed the November ADR Cancel thread on here? I am going in Sept. and I got my BOG dinner res just the other day from someone who cancelled theirs. Just a thought.
