If you get a Disney resort via Hotwire....

Can you take advantage of EMH, busses, 60 day fast passes, etc? In the category I was looking at, 3 of the 4 hotels were Disney and the other was Bonnett Creek Hilton--surprised the Disney hotels were going for so much less than on Disney site and wondered if there was a "catch".

EMH and transportation, yes. FP+ you need your Disney reservation number.

Yes if you actually get a Disney hotel match, all normal Disney features would apply up to and including Magical Express to / from the Airport and everything you listed above.

Note: Use caution that you are matching the actual features of the Disney hotels or you might only end up with the Bonnet Creek Hilton or other non-Disney resort. Available Disney World Resort hotels should appear in the area list by actual Disney name in the area list even if some details are left out of the Hot Rate deals. Look for any resort fees! Disney World hotels do not charge a resort fee!

Good chance that you will not be able to add the dining plan to that reservation, if that's important to you.

Of the 4 hotels, all were a Disney--Animal Kingdom, Saratoga Springs, Boardwalk with the 4th being Bonnet Creek. But when you go all the way thru just before entering cc, with the entire price list, it is listing a "resort fee" which is making me think it's Bonnet Creek even with them listing the other 3 resorts. Still quite a good price for Bonnet Creek! Thank you!

Yes, if it shows a resort fee it will not be a Disney World hotel so that would leave you with the Bonnet Creek Hilton.
