If you dont like the ears--Try this

DH and I are not real sure that we are going to like the bride and groom Mouse ears, so I made Name tags for us, they dont have our names on them they say Bride and Groom and " Yes! we are on our Honeymoon!!!!!!!! thats all and have a picture of the precious moments bride and groom! I went to Office Depot and bought those plastic name badge holders and put them in that, now we can put our WDW tickets behind them and they wont get lost!!!!

Sounds like a great idea - do you have a piccy to show us?

My DH and I didn't really wear the ears - he wasn't keen so if I did wear my ears he wore the Grooms baseball cap from David's Bridal and then we also had the Mickey and Minnie Bride and Groom pins that we wore all the time.

Another idea - my sister and her husband had baseball caps made. Her was white and said "BRIDE" in black letters. His was black and said "GROOM" in white letters. On the back it said "WDW 12-3-03".

I decided to get the bridal baseball caps, and then I got a set of Mickey ears, and I'm going to hot glue the ears onto the bridal hats. That way they're Disneyey but more practical then the big top hat.

DH and I made our own ears to wear on our honeymoon! We took the bride and groom hats from David's Bridal and glued ears that we made out of those foam sheets. Then we took some tulle and attached it to my hat for the veil. They were pretty unique, if I do say so myself! We got lots of comments on them as well as cast members asking where we got them!

We also wore matching t-shirts each day that we made. We used the iron-on transfer paper and created various images using Disney characters and that all said we were on our honeymoon somehow, and then ironed them onto our shirts. I'm sure we looked pretty cheesy, but we had a blast while we were there!

We are going to get the bride and groom ears, but I was considering making us T-shirts. How did the iron on transfers work? I've never used them before... Can you use them with MS word or anything? How do they know to print the reverse image?

Sam..we're from England also...where did you find these hats? I found David's Bridal website and the hats look great! Also..what was the cost?
