you might want to check your accounts. Seems people on the MC board have read about people haveing their accounts disabled by MyPoints for people clicking on that link. That link came from an email and shouldnt have been posted here.

This has been a longstanding issue with MyPoints. And especially when point values are high...and folks click on a link that they never got in their email. Another warning I suppose, over a very small amount of points....
I sure wish I'd get the amtrak email.

I know I did the sign-up and I believe it was thru my own email but now I'm getting nervous and I cannot find the thread from here.

Oh well, I guess I'll just have to wait and see if anything happens to my account.

I had this sent to me from a friend who signed up and put my e-mail address and name in the spot where you could send it to friends from the fisher price web site and when I clicked on the link (sent to me by Fisher Price) and finished signing up, the link to click on to get points was there. I don't see how they could disable your account when you could say that you got it from a friend who put your name in at the Fisher Price web site.
