If you could only make 3 ADRs for your next trip what would they be?

Raglan Road for sure... I refuse to go to Disney without going there.

We actually only have 3 ADRs booked for our September trip, so this one is easy!

1) California Grill
2) Crystal Palace
3) Morimoto Asia - because DH loves Morimoto

If I could have, I would have done a ressie at Big River Grille though. We're big beer fans.

I've got a trip coming up this year with waaaaay more than three ADRs . I don't know if I could chose just three out of them all. But if I had to: California Grill dinner for fireworks, Crystal Palace lunch with extended family (huge group of us, all big kids at heart), and Spice Road Table dinner timed well for Illuminations.

I'm planning on taking my DS's to WDW next summer. They last went three years ago (my handful of trips after that have been in the off season for adult family reunions). For the next kid-centered trip, my top three are:

1. California Grill timed for fireworks (my DS's are old enough now to enjoy eating out at adult restaurants, and they would love the sushi at Cali Grill).
2. Garden Grill breakfast, as my DS's also still talk about meeting characters, and they would love the location of the restaurant!
3. CRT dinner Yes, I have boys, and they're not into princesses, but they really want to stay in a royal room at POR because 'it's so fancy and nice.' They would ADORE eating in the castle, especially at night. So after seriously considering Sanaa lunch, Sci-Fi lunch, BOG dinner, and San Angel Inn lunch, it's CRT for the win!

We could never go on a trip with only 3 we eat TS for dinner each night we are there!!
many lunches and breakfasts this year too. Not every year is like that though.
If we had to pick only three for this year it would be - HDDR, Trails End & Trattoria

Agree with all those who said it is very tough to choose only three.

But I'd probably go with Skipper Canteen, Tusker House, and Kona Café.

We only did 3 on our trip last month, and we would have preferred to have less than that after we got there because of the scheduling.

Tusker House dinner (good, only did for JB package)

We love Germany Biergarten and Rose & Crown. We've also had fun times at the Crystal Palace & the characters could be extra fun with your little one!

Well, since I just booked a Disney trip last week (Yay!!) and have already booked just 3 ADRs, I'll play along and share:
The Jungle Navigation Co. Ltd. Skipper Canteen - Dinner. I haven't been to it, and like the looks of some of the menu items
50's Prime Time Cafe - Lunch. I always enjoy the 50's Prime Time and don't enjoy many of the quick services at Hollywood Studios
Sanaa - Lunch. I always like to do this during lunch to watch the animals.

I typically pick something at EPCOT, but since we'll be there during the Food and Wine festival, I suspect we'll be snacking around the world any time we're at that park.
I *may* throw in one more, just because we're staying there. I may reserve a dinner at the Trails End at Ford Wilderness (but that makes it four.)

We have one TS per day on our trips, usually, occasionally two, or none if we are doing all CS for a day.
Always have (no order) these among our Adr's:
1. Tutto Italia (really, no one else picked this? so soooo yummy, we go twice!)
2. 50's prime time (not only the food, the atmosphere and surroundings)
3. very excited to try Homecoming this Nov

and, though no ressie needed, we always do Earl of Sandwich, often twice!
