If you Could only have ONE meal at disney?

My husband would say the fried chicken meal at 50's Prime Time. This is actually his birthday request every year. LOL

DS would say Teppan Edo. He really liked that.

I would say Tusker House breakfast but mostly due to tradition.

DD is too young for an opinion. Her favorite meal was the Craisins I bought her. LOL

My husband would also say 50's was his favorite or the T-Bone steak at T-Rex. I love 50's Prime Time also (at HS)

We don't eat at signatures but I am sure a lot of ppl will pick those.

My husband is a picky meat and Potatoes kind of guy and I am a Pescatarian. So we have to pick places that have a simple no fancy stuff menu.

if paying out of pocket, BOG lunch. Excellent deal for the price.

Biergarden, same. Great deal for lunch.

Dinner - Garden Grill. LOVE that place.

I already responded with Jiko (love it) but if you take signatures out of equation then I would say Prime Time at HS, fun atmosphere (I actually grew up with that kind of decor) and the staff (usually) is excellent, plus good old fashioned home cooking.

I know a lot of people would disagree, but I think Sci-Fi is one of the most unique restaurants in all of WDW. The food is fine. But the real we go is for the atmosphere. It's always cool and relatively quiet. Plus, sitting in a car and watching movie clips while eating just can't be beat.

I just asked my husband and he said breakfast at Boma - goat cheese eggs, grilled tomatoes/asparagus with sambal...yum.

Me - I would go with either Biergarten or Cape May Cafe dinner. I so love their salad bar! I go for the cheese board alone. (Both places...)

Dinner - HDDR!!!

For Counter Service, BOG feels almost more like a Table Service. Really a totally different counter service experience.

The Grand Marnier vodka freeze at the kiosk outside France. Vodka can be lunch, right?

If you prefer solid food, we love the Crystal Palace for breakfast, before the park opens-- so cool to bum around a practically empty Main Street while waiting for your ressie. And, Seasons at Epcot-- so many veggies, no ressies required.
