What happens for fp+ times?
Can you make them at the resort once checked in-without going into a park?

Are new magic bands required for every separate booking?

Well, I'd want to know why I couldn't link the reservation number first.

I would imagine you could make them at the hotel once you're there with the concierge.

As of now, yes, new bands are issued for each reservation. However, any band assigned to you on your MDE account will work. They just have to link that band when you check in, to your room.

I don't know why the reservation number won't link.
Another booked the same day-with wdw-is there in all its glory!

We have another reservation booked through a ta-so no chance that one's going to work.
