If you cancel during special no penalty phase, can you rebook it later?

If I cancel a cruise under the special no-penalty rule due to DCL policy changes, would I be able to rebook that same cruise later on if I changed my mind & decided to go?

I know if you cancel for Covid you can't change your mind & rebook, for obvious reasons. Just wondering if that applies to no-penalty cancellations due to DCL policy changes. TIA.

I cancelled the 10/29 8 night fantasy cruise when they changed the testing policy and just recently rebooked it online. So far, so good - DCL hasn’t cancelled us yet!

I don’t see why you couldn’t rebook. The new reservation would be at prevailing rates, though.

Also you may not be able to get the same as was included in your original booking. Room category, location, main dining (if that is what you had), etc.
